Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer flat rate shipping across Canada of $12 on all orders under $100. Orders $100 and over will receive free shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically range from 2-5 business days in Canada.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

We ship with Canada Post. 

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup in Winnipeg is available. You will need to message us on our Instagram handle @modestbaby.co to place a pick up order. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Modest Baby is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. 

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
