Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically range from 3-7 business days in Canada and 5-10 business days in the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. 

Canada:

Free shipping on orders of $75.00 CAD and over. Orders under $75.00 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $12.00 CAD.

Please note that deliveries to remote or rural locations, including Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Yukon and other remote regions may take longer than our standard estimated shipping times due to carrier service availability and location. 

United States:

Free shipping on orders of $120.00 USD and over. Orders under $120.00 USD are charged a flat shipping rate of $15 USD. 

For all orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout. 

If duties or taxes are refused upon delivery, any return shipping fees, customers charges, or related costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund. 

Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential import charges before placing your order. 

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup in SE Winnipeg, MB is available. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Modest Baby is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. 

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
