Refund policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. 

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Items that arrive damaged or with a defect are eligible for return, and must be reported and returned within 10 business days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email hello@modestbabyco.com with the following:

• Date of purchase + order number 
• Photo of product showing all products being returned in new condition with all original tags attached 
• Reason for return

Return parcels must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost of delayed returned shipments. 

Items discounted more than 25% off the original price are final sale and not eligible for a refund. These items may be exchanged only, subject to availability. 

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.

All market purchases are final sale.
