Terms & Conditions

Returns are accepted within 10 calendar days of the delivery date as long as product is unworn, undamaged and all original tags are attached. Products that are washed or worn are not eligible for a refund. 

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted. 

To initiate a return, please email hello@modestbabyco.com with the following:

1. Order number 
2. Photo of product showing all products being returned in new condition with all original tags attached 
3. Reason for return

The return parcel must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for a return. 

A refund will be issued 5-7 business days once the package has been received and inspected. 

Items purchased at markets are final sale. 

Items purchased at third party locations are final sale.
